1. Service Description
FetchQuest is a quest and item tracking application designed to help users organize and track goals, items, and objectives. The service is provided free of charge and "as is".
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use FetchQuest. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use this service.

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within FetchQuest. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service and its features (such as syncing and sharing).
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Automated Error Reporting: You agree that the Service may automatically collect and store technical error logs (including stack traces and device information) generated by your use of the Service. This data is used solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing software defects and is owned by the Service operator.
6. Shared Spaces
When you share a space with others:
- You are responsible for who you invite and the access level you grant
- Collaborators may view, edit, or add content depending on their access level
- You can revoke access at any time
- We are not responsible for actions taken by users you invite
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
FetchQuest is an independent project developed and maintained by a single developer. It has not undergone professional security audits or enterprise-level testing. While care is taken to follow security best practices, the service is provided on a best-effort basis.
FetchQuest is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Data loss will not occur
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects will be corrected
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. Use the export feature regularly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchQuest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FetchQuest and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
- Change features or functionality
- Impose limits on certain features
We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
